It blew up our circuit board and we had th Worst after sales support.

Still waiting for a replacement cooker after 3 weeks . We wish we had never swapped or that we had bought another brand Westinghouse/Electrolux have given us the worst possible customer experience ever endured. They really don’t care. This $4k cooler was brand new, out of the box and the electrician couldn’t get it to work. 3 days after reporting it (!) a repairman finally arrives, he gets it working then it blows the circuit board that night. 3 more days, another visit, now it’s blown the display and the repair guy can’t fix it. Told to wait and someone will be in touch -3 days later. Then nothing is heard nothing so I call again . Told to wait 3-5 (working) days and someone will be in touch! They don’t though so I call again. Now they will replace it and somebody will be in touch in ……yes that’s right , I. 3-5 working days …… and so it goes goes on. Nearly 3 weeks since we installed it. $4k kitchen ornament . What happens to all the recorded calls for ‘qaulity and training purposes?’ No one contacts us, it’s always us chasing. The same old story that someone will be in touch in 3to 5 working days!

    Seriously peed off!

Oven's probably fine- gold service is terrible

Haven't installed the oven yet. When it was delivered it was dragged and bashed around a lot, and due to it's weight is supposed to be mechanically lifted, but wasn't. It is dented and scratched. I paid extra for gold service, contacted them to get it dealt with, and haven't heard anything back for over 2 weeks.

Q: What cookware can be used on the Westinghouse WFE9756DD induction cooktop?

A: The WFE9756DD needs cookware with a magnetic base, such as many stainless steel or cast iron pans. Aluminium, copper or glass cookware will only work if it has an induction-compatible magnetic layer, so it is worth checking the pan base before buying.

Q: How much space do I need for the Westinghouse WFE9756DD in my kitchen?

A: This cooker measures 895 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 906 mm high. It is designed for a 90 cm freestanding position, but surrounding clearances, floor level and electrical connection still need to suit the installation, so discuss with your electrician.

Q: What does Hob2Hood do on the Westinghouse WFE9756DD?

A: Hob2Hood lets the cooktop communicate with a compatible rangehood so the fan can respond automatically as cooking changes. It is useful if you want less manual adjustment, but the feature depends on having a matching compatible hood.

Q: Is the 116 litre oven in the WFE9756DD large enough for family cooking?

A: Yes. The 116 litre oven is roomy for large roasts, multiple trays or cooking several dishes at once, which suits bigger households or entertaining. Telescopic runners also help when checking heavy trays partway through cooking.

Q: How does the AirFry function on the WFE9756DD differ from standard oven baking?

A: AirFry uses the oven's airflow to crisp food with minimal oil, so it is better suited to chips, wings and similar foods than a standard bake setting. It is convenient for oven-sized batches, but it is not the same as a compact benchtop air fryer basket.

Q: Does the Westinghouse WFE9756DD oven cook evenly across multiple shelves?

A: Yes. This model uses a Twin Fan System, with fans rotating in opposite directions to distribute heat more evenly through the oven cavity. That helps when cooking on more than one shelf, especially for baking or larger family meals.
