  The stainless steel scratches too easily

  I recently renovated my y kitchen and bought everything Westinghouse thinking it’s a good brand . However was most disappointed with the stainless steel quality of this gas cooktop as it scratches easily and the marks wouldn’t come off after we cleaned it. I am surprised at the inferior quality of westinghouse gas cooktops. On hind side, I should have stuck to my original purchase which is haier gas cooktop that was made of glass. Hope Westinghouse can do something about their stainless steel cooktop.

  The variety of burners is great. Being able to match the saucepan to the burner is excellent and makes for easy cooking. Wished I'd updated sooner.

  Great cooktop

  This unit is great but the only issue I have is the knobs are too close to the burners and you ah e to hold the butter down for a little longer until it has been lite and running for about 5 seconds. Other than that its great.

  Being stainless steel it is so easy to clean and there is no fear of it shattering into a million pieces like our previous Westinghouse cooktop did.

  This was a replacement for a black glass cooktop purchased in late 2020 that exploded on us a couple of weeks ago whilst cooking dinner. Thankfully no one was injured. This new top is lovely, so much easier to clean and the trivets arent has heavy and bulky as the other one, making it look much nicer in the kitchen. I recommend this unit 100%

  Easy to clean

  Pros: Large and easy to clean Cons: Unaware that we needed a powerpoint to plug in for ingnition of the flame. We assumed it would be auto ignition as with our last cooktop. So we need to spend money on an electrician. Can't have too large a pan or pot on the front burners as it covers over the on/off knobs.
