Horrible customer service
Very poor communication from the Campbelltown store. Phone enquiries are never answered, and I had no choice but to physically visit the shop every time I needed an update on my order. This should not be necessary in 2026. Disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Good fridge
the fridge features are good, ice and water is seamless and easy to use, snack spots in the bottom of the fridge are a bit useless as they don’t fit anything in them. Being able to fold the shelves up to fit taller items is great. Middle drawer is great but it does mean the freezer drawer is slow and you have to bend down to properly reach the top drawer inside the freezer. Door storage gives good options for personalisation.
