Avoid Premium Delivery!
I am pleased with the refrigerator, but disgusted with the delivery service for which I paid a premium. The item was not delivered on the day promised; they stated that a refund would be granted but I'm still waiting! THREE strong men finally delivered the item, but refused to unpack it and refused to take my old one away. (I had paid for it to be collected). NEVER accept the Gold Service or Premium Delivery - you won't get it!

Good product and smooth delivery
We had a similar model for the last 23 years. It worked well but was showing some sign of wear and tear. This model works very well except we miss the meat tray just below the freezer

BIG, BASIC AND BEAUTIFUL
I bought this one on sale, does everything a fridge is designed to do. At first, I looked into more expensive options with Freezer on the bottom, Ice and water dispenser, Stainless steel and even two door (French door) versions. During my research, I found that ice and water dispensing fridges always break down regardless of make or model, there is a reason the freezer was originally put on top because that is where the cold is generated and it naturally drops to the bottom where a bottom mount freezer has to blow the cold up to the top where the fridge compartment is. Basically, its a simple clean design, big, cheap and quiet. I have owned it for 2 weeks and love it - 10/10
