The device's instruction shows a charging bar, yet there is no charging light or battery indicator on the actual unit. Even attaching and changing the accessories often requires trial and error because of the lack of simple and clear instructions. If products are being sold in Australia, they should include comprehensive English-language instructions. Instead, the package contains warranty information in 10 other languages while failing to provide clear guidance on how to use the product properly. This significantly detracts from the overall user experience. The printed paper in multiple language is a waste, where it could have been properly utilised to provide clear instructions in English on how to do the tasks.
