Due to its high power, it dries my hair quickly which is great. My one negative is that the lowest setting is still too strong, it needs a gentle setting for the finer parts of my hair...... overall I'm happy

Not enough control of air flow
It would be a great item but the air flow is too much for me on the lowest setting with the diffuser. It blows my curls around too much with the diffuser attached. Only having two air flows but three heat settings was disappointing. I have shorter hair perhaps would suit Longer hair. Great that you can use hot of cold, the lowest warm setting is perfect. Apart from not having a lower air flow setting its a good hair dryer. This product would have been a 5 star, but only having 2 air flow settings was a let down.
