  Waited a lifetime for delivery

  Product is perfect but the online ordering and delivery was shocking. Took a month for delivery after no mention of backorder when i ordered it. I contacted The Good Guys by phone and whilst trying to discuss what was the issue with the holdup i was cut off the call. Eventually it arrived in good order and it was installed to client's approval. This product was ordered for a client who required it for aid in loading and unloading her washing machine. Highly recommend the product but cannot do the same for the service received from The Good Guys.

  excellent product - very sturdy

  This stand is exactly what we needed. The machine locks into the locks and it hasn't 'walked' at all. It has also given that extra height to spare our backs and add storage.
