Great NBN Router. Easy to use and monitor with app . Getting exact speed of 540mbps via ethernet cable on a 500mbps plan. Wifi range is really good and doesn’t lose connection. Way better than my previous vodafone router.

TP LINK AX5400
After recently switching NBN providers, I needed to purchase my own modem/router and decided to go with the TP-Link AX5400. Overall, the experience has been very positive. Setup was straightforward, and the router delivers excellent speed and coverage, making it a solid choice for medium to large households. The Wi-Fi 6 performance noticeably improved streaming and device connectivity across the home. However, during the first few days, I encountered an issue with the connection frequently dropping. After some troubleshooting, I found that manually selecting either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band (instead of using the automatic band steering mode) resolved the problem. Since making that adjustment, the router has been stable and reliable. I’m quite satisfied with its performance and would recommend it to others looking for a high-performance modem/router for their NBN connection.
