Does the job pretty well.
The first speed setting could be a lot slower and there's not a lot of difference between all 6 speeds. Easier to just pull the implements out than it is to use the release button. Overall though, it does a pretty good job and is certainly easier than mixing by hand!

First time we used it sparks came out of the vent holes and shut down
First time we used it sparks came out of the vent holes and shut down. We let it rest 5 min and luckily still works but gives me zero faith this product will last. Also the handle (as per other reviews) seems to be already wearing and this thing is brand new, (I'm guessing it has been sitting on the shelf for awhile due to the bad reviews, so it isn't just use that does it but age as well) I'm going to return the unit.
