The item I received was used but sold as new
The product works, but it was clear that it had been used before. There was still water in the reservoir and the box was taped shut poorly. I would expect to get new equipment when I purchase unless it is disclosed otherwise properly. I dont recommend shopping here as the company integrity is questionable.
