Happy with the product. Cooks evenly and great to be able to cook more at once. The height does not fit in my cupboard space standing up so does need to lay down still. Make sure to do those measurements if that is a feature you require.

Doesn’t brown the bread
I think the depth of the scallops on top and bottom are too deep, when you make a toasted sandwich the majority of the bread doesn’t toast because the bread doesn’t touch the surface. A poor design in my opinion
