I really didn’t expect this mini sub to make such a difference. We spent two days just playing action movies and rock music. Awesome addition to our surround sound and I don’t feel like the full sub would make a difference.

This sub-woofer is a great addition to our Sonos ecosystem. It is not as small as the product material makes it look. I have paired it with my Beam 2 and it not only helps to add bass but also frees up the soundbar for a clearer centre channel.

Mini is a Silly Title (in a good way)
I spent a lot of time deciding between the Sonos Sub Mini and the Sub Gen 3 to accompany my Arc, deciding on the Mini. It's a subtle addition, not always making its presence felt, but when it does, you hear it! WIt makes the Arc sound MUCH better, with some speakers being freed from low frequency responsibilities. It is now louder and clearer and dialogue has improved also. The Sub Mini delivers plenty of bass for my needs. Action/Sci-Fi movies can really thunder and I have it set on +1. I'm really pleased with this. Depending on your needs, consider the Sub Gen 3 (or 4) but the Sub Mini is solid and more than enough.
