Best Microwave
This microwave is an inverter which cooks evenly and fast. The fact that Sharp can make a microwave that stops beeping when the door is open is better than having to listen to it continue to beep after the door is opened. Thank you Sharp. This is my second Sharp microwave and the first is 9 years old and still working.

This microwave is a great size and very easy to use. The cooking guide is great and relatively accurate. The defrost feature works well for timing. Overall a great Sharp product. Wet well priced.

It’s ok.
Previous Sharp microwave lasted over 20 years. This new model is ok but has a few bugbears. The LOUD fan continues to run after the timer has concluded. This is quite disconcerting because you think the microwave is still running. The new model’s build does not seem as solid. The door closes with a loud bang even with a light touch. The button (on the inner edge) to open the door is a design flaw. Your hand is at risk at being clipped as the door springs open. The power cord is rather short. The keypad buttons has to be pressed firmly to function. Prefer 1minute instant cook instead of the 30 second . All in all some minor inconveniences. Still wary of quality and longevity but guess this is the norm with all new appliances this days. Great in store customer service though.
