  Frame ok, delivery terrible

  The darker frames are quite thin on a large TV and barely discernibly different from the TV itself, not much of an improvement in appearance. I'd give the frames themselves 3/5. Unfortunately due to stock this had to be delivered to my house by Toll group. First they didn't turn up on the day they said they would deliver it. Then they tried to deliver it on a day I wasn't home. The next day I arranged for it to be dropped at a pick up location around the corner from my house, by dealing with an annoying online chat program. Then they called me to say the package was too big for the pick up point and they would send it back to Toll. The next day they told me they'd delivered it but I didn't have the package, and after dealing with the annoying online chat again told me someone had signed for it and they would investigate and get back to me the following day.   Frame tv

  TV is great. We ordered and paid for the separate frame that surrounds the tv at date of purchase of the TV some 6 weeks ago .Were promised that they would be sent and received within 10 days but 6 weeks later we are still waiting for advice when it will be sent despite ringing the Cannimgton branch where we brought the TV.   Not able to use it

  I bought the frame and it is still in the box as the TV said in stock, so I purchased the frame for the TV as well, however only the frame has turned up.
