Great product with great AI featues
The best feature of this dryer is the AI dry. You just throw a mixed bag for washed clothes and it'll automatically detect what's in there and calculate time on its own. There are heaps of other manual modes for sophisticated type of laundry. So far so good and enjoying the product. And also, the best offer in the maret from TGG team.

My Whirlpool heat pump died recently after 8-9 years. Good timing with EOFY year sales as I got this one majorly discounted! BONUS! I was looking at something else because my old heat pump wasn’t really that great, took hours!! This Samsung dryer is great though, has lots of drying options! I’m very impressed so far…let’s hope my electricity bill goes down 🤞🏼

Very Energy efficient dryer
Bought during eofy sale. I was in a impression that all dryers consume lot of electricity, but this one proved me wrong. Consumed only 4kwh for 9 cycles which is lessthan a dollar when used during off peak. Very good dryer with Al sensing and different levels of heating.

Another great Samsung product but with one drawback!
Firstly, this is a great looking dryer with very clean and simple design. The controls are very straightforward and drying performance so far is very good, connectivity to Samsung's Smart Things ecosystem is an added bonus. The only downside experienced so far, is the drying cycle only rotates the drum in one direction, clockwise, resulting in sheets and duvet covers particularly rolling into a large ball and not drying uniformly throughout. Frustratingly, you have to stop the cycle, take the items out, unravel them, put them back in the drum and resume the cycle. The odd thing is the drum does have the ability to turn counter-clockwise as it does so when analysing the load prior to starting the drying cycle. AI might be clever tech but it's not the brightest when it comes drying sheets! Hopefully Samsung will push out a firmware update to rectify this, then it'll be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
