  TV itself is great, the customer service was terrible!

  The TV itself is affordable, good quality and was fairly easy to set up. However the customer service from the Good Guys was terrible & soured the experience. I purchased the item online & no instructions on any of the receipts or documents showed how/where to collect. I know there is a door out the back for collections, but the instructions don't direct you there. Went in store and lined up to be told to go around the back & a vague point to go around. Suggested that it would be a good idea to ensure clear instructions are on the receipt/collection docket, or even a note outside directing people to go direct to the dock to collect. I was already a bit annoyed at this point after waiting in line. Get the back delivery dock and store-person grabs the TV. Turns out it was about 2 cm to wide for my car & door wouldn't close. I suggest we put the back seats down and lean it as it will fit that way. I was literally going less than 5 minutes up the road so would only be laying down for a few minutes. Told - nope you cannot lay it down and it will void your warranty. Ok - I suggest we take it out the box then as the packaging is quite bulky and then it will fit and be upright on the backseat. Told no, that will void your warranty and I will be making a note of that. I said that I will take his suggestion on board, but I had no other option. Asked if I could borrow a stanley knife or box cutter and told no they cant do that. Asked what did he suggest I do and he shrugged and walked off - leaving me in the back dock with a TV half hanging out my car that he shoved in and was hard to get out of the car. In the end I managed to pry the box open and was able to wrap in towels and leave on the backseat for the 3 minute drive home. I was furious and I will not shop at this site again. Would recommend the TV itself, but not the Good Guys Gepps Cross!

  Excellent Smart TV for the price

  This Samsung TV office all the features of a more expensive smart TV but a great price point. Screen clarity is good particularly in 4K. The same use interface takes a little bit of getting used to but overall is very effective. The TV is quite light and easy to mount on a wall.

  Great tv

  We purchased this tv as an upgrade from our older Sony tv and that playing up. We had purchased another Samsung tv not long before and were very happy with the quality and features on that tv and knew we when it came time to replaced the older tv it would be with another Samsung rather than Sony. It has More features; free streaming service and great picture quality and doesn’t lag like our older tv had
