Fantastic hot water urn
This hot water urn is excellent I Always have hot water available all the time now. It went perfectly for my dedicated tea coffee set up at home. The base of the urn does get brown though, just like electric kettles do, and because it's quite a large unit, it's a bit difficult to clean the brown stuff off.

Very happy with the unit. It's light and portable and easily heats up the water. It's easy to carry around with the handles and no steam comes out of it. We've been using it to boil our tank water.

Simple and effective
This is a great product to have boiled water ready to go at any time of the day. The gauge at the front is super handy and easy to use. I wasn’t overly keen on the stainless steel at first but it does make it look more modern that way so I’m very happy with it.
