Item never delivered
Item never delivered, paid extra for quick delivery as it was purchased as a Christmas present for my mother. Contacted customer support (only phone number available is for gold members). Advised they could not longer get the item and were sourcing from another supplier. Still nothing!!! Was not able to provide a negative star rating so you got a 1!

This water filter replacement cartridge is so easy to install. Just twist and pull down the old one to remove then do the reverse to install the new one.

Disappointed 😞
First of all, the cartridge took 7 weeks to come and when it did finally arrive it was the wrong cartridge (the product inside did not even match the box) with difficulty I got a hold of someone at the online orders department who asked me to send a photo and some details via email. That was weeks ago, Still haven’t received a reply and I’m left with a useless product.

Both cartridges failed
I had Oliveri satellite system for a few years and never had any issues. After installing new cartridge they both did not hold in the housing. I tried to blow air through the cartridges but both were clogged.

Q: Is the Oliveri FR7905 a universal replacement water filter cartridge?
A: No. The FR7905 is designed for compatible Oliveri satellite or 3-way mixer filtration systems, not as a universal cartridge. It is also different from a mixer tap valve cartridge, so matching by brand alone is not enough.
Q: Which Oliveri water filtration setups is the FR7905 made for?
A: It is made for Oliveri filtration systems that use either a separate filtered-water satellite tap or a 3-way mixer with filtration. If the installed system uses a different Oliveri cartridge code, this one should not be assumed to fit.
Q: Can the FR7905 replace other Oliveri cartridges such as FR5910, FR5950 or FS5010?
A: No. FR5910, FR5950, FS5010 and FR7905 are different Oliveri cartridge codes, so they should not be treated as direct substitutes. The safest match is the exact code printed on the existing cartridge or specified for the system.
Q: Is the FR7905 the same part as an Oliveri mixer tap cartridge replacement?
A: No. The FR7905 is a water filtration cartridge for compatible drinking water systems, while a mixer tap cartridge is the internal part that controls water flow or temperature. They do different jobs and are not interchangeable parts.
