This water filter replacement cartridge is so easy to install. Just twist and pull down the old one to remove then do the reverse to install the new one.

Disappointed 😞
First of all, the cartridge took 7 weeks to come and when it did finally arrive it was the wrong cartridge (the product inside did not even match the box) with difficulty I got a hold of someone at the online orders department who asked me to send a photo and some details via email. That was weeks ago, Still haven’t received a reply and I’m left with a useless product.

Both cartridges failed
I had Oliveri satellite system for a few years and never had any issues. After installing new cartridge they both did not hold in the housing. I tried to blow air through the cartridges but both were clogged.
