Had to buy this
We purchased another one of these eleven months ago. The motor burned out while it was under warranty but the store was unable to replace it. Apparently there is a period within the 12 months that do replace and a period that they don’t. Because we use it everyday we purchased another one. Our other one has been sent back to the importer. Two weeks later we have not heard a word. The product is fine when it works. The after sales service is most unsatisfactory.
