Excellent Heater
To take the chill from the bedroom room at night we decided to try a panel heater and chose the Noirot. What a brilliant unit, very easy to use the dials for temperature control. Great neutral colour and fits in perfectly against a wall. Good Guys Mile End had units in stock and ready to go. Great price as well. Overall very happy and haven’t used the a/c at all.

Quick Heating
Very quick to heat up a space, wish there was a timer function on this version too (although there is a thermostat which means you can keep it ‘set at a certain temp’). The only downside is that there is no handle so if you want to move it from room to room it’s hard to move as the wall brackets are sharp and can cut your fingers.

Overall Good Heater
I got this heater for my baby's room. Overall it works quite well. My main downfall is that, despite the thermostat, I find the room gradually gets warmer and warmer overnight, which is challenging when trying to suitably dress a baby for temperature.

Effective but not perfect
Be mindful that a lack of timer or wifi means you’re stuck with just the thermostat. I tried putting it on a smart plug and it flips my surge protector. Use it directly plugged into the wall and nothing else.

my Noirot
An excellent asset, easy on power consumption and mobile when mounted on castors (supplied within the box). Otherwise it can be permanently wall mounted (brackets supplied also).

Small room suitability
Excellent for small rooms and also capable in medium spaces up to 20m2

- Portable Castors Included: Makes it easier to move the heater between rooms as needed.

Q: Does this 2000W panel heater have a timer or app control?
A: No. Model 7358-7 uses manual controls with a precision thermostat rather than a timer, remote or app. It suits buyers who want simple, steady heating, but it will feel basic if scheduled start and stop times matter.
Q: Is 2000W enough for a medium bedroom or living area?
A: Yes. The Noirot 2000W Spot Plus Panel Heater is sized for an enclosed room of 20m2. It is a better fit for bedrooms, studies and medium living spaces than large open-plan areas, where warmth can disperse more quickly.
Q: What does 2000W mean for running cost and power use?
A: The Noirot 2000W Spot Plus Panel Heater can draw 2000W when it is actively heating. Actual use drops as the thermostat cycles the element, but this is still a full-size room heater rather than a low-wattage model for desk or personal heating.
Q: How does the thermostat work on the Noirot Spot Plus?
A: The Noirot Spot Plus uses a precision thermostat to hold the room near your chosen setting instead of running flat out all the time. That gives steadier heating, but it does not replace a timer for automatic on and off scheduling.
Q: Can this heater stay quiet enough for bedroom use?
A: Yes. This heater uses fan-free panel heating, so there is no fan noise while it operates. That makes it a practical choice for bedrooms, studies and home offices where steady background warmth matters more than rapid fan-forced heat.
Q: Will the heater shut off if it starts overheating?
A: Yes. The Noirot 7358-7 includes a thermal cut-off that shuts the heater down if it overheats. It also has a child safety lock and anti-freeze protection, so the focus is on controlled operation rather than extra convenience features.
