Highly recommended
We now have 2 of the Noirot panel heaters, one in our main living area and one in our master bedroom. We have wall mounted both, they look stylish and sleek. They heat up quickly and heat the rooms efficiently. These panel heaters are great and as a bonus, they have a lifetime warranty.

Quiet and Cosy
Great heaters we now have three. Two small ones and one large. They heat our whole house efficiently economically without fans and are quiet. Part of a move to get off the gas and get cosy!

Things to consider
This model focuses on simple manual heating, so it may feel basic compared with premium heaters that add app control, scheduling, remote operation or more advanced energy management.
Small room suitability
Strong match for small rooms up to 15m2
Energy efficiency score
7/10 - precision thermostat helps avoid constant full-power operation, but no timer or smart scheduling is included
Noise level vs category average
8/10 - quieter than many fan-assisted heaters because it is designed for steady panel heating
Safety features score
8/10 - includes thermal cut-off and child safety lock for added peace of mind
Portability rating
7/10 - portable with castors and manageable at 10kg, though less convenient than lighter compact heaters
Key benefits
- 1500W Heating Power: Provides dependable warmth for small spaces up to 15m2 such as bedrooms, bathrooms and home offices.
- Variable Heat Settings: Lets you adjust warmth levels to better suit changing room conditions and personal comfort.
- Precision Thermostat: Helps maintain the set temperature by cycling on and off instead of running at full power continuously.
- Finned Grill Design: Spreads heat more evenly across the room for steadier, more comfortable warmth.
- Portable or Wall-Mounted Use: Gives you flexibility to install it in place or move it between rooms with the included castors.
- Quiet Panel Heating: Suits spaces where low-noise, unobtrusive warmth is preferred, such as bedrooms and home offices.
- Thermal Cut-Off: Adds protection by shutting the heater down if it overheats.
- Child Safety Lock: Helps prevent unintended setting changes in family homes.
Q: Is this heater suitable for a large open-plan living area
A: No. Noirot 7358-5 is designed for rooms up to 15m2, so it is a better fit for a bedroom, bathroom or home office than a large open-plan area. In a bigger space, the heat will feel more localised and the heater may need to run longer.
Q: How does the thermostat manage room temperature in everyday use
A: The precision thermostat maintains the set temperature by cycling the heater on and off as the room warms, rather than running at full power all the time. That helps keep the temperature steadier, but it does not add timer or app scheduling functions.
Q: What controls are missing compared with app-based electric heaters
A: This heater uses straightforward manual controls only. It does not include a remote control, timer or Wi-Fi, so settings must be changed on the unit itself, which suits buyers who want simple operation rather than app-based scheduling.
Q: Does it come with both castors and a wall bracket
A: Yes. The box includes a pair of castors and a wall bracket that is already attached to the back of the heater. That gives a choice between fixed placement and portable use, without needing extra mounting accessories for the basic setup.
Q: Can the Noirot panel heater be moved between different rooms
A: Yes. Noirot 7358-5 can be used on its castors and weighs 10kg, so it is practical to move between smaller rooms when needed. It is still a panel heater for spot heating, not a whole-home solution for heating several spaces at once.
