My grand daughter just got her licence and her first car. My first thought SAFETY. My second thought THE GOOD GUYS. She has already had her first incident when a carload of boys threw something through her window. My husband and I also have dash cams that have proven so helpful. Capable and reliable entry level dash cam
I didn’t want a technology loaded product that would challenge me so this dash cam has just a nice level of features including warnings when approaching high crash zones. It was easy to install and I particularly liked the adhesive pad for attaching to the windscreen- so much better than those vacuum seals that disengage when your vehicle is parked in the sun. The plastic also degrades over time so from previous experience you then need to design an alternative way of attaching the camera unit to the windscreen.
