  There are none in the country. Wait times after purchase can be up to 3 months. Don't believe what the Good Guys will try to sell you. They'll lie to take your payment and then dismiss any questions when you ask of the whereabouts.

  Extremely disappointed

  This item took almost 4mths to reach us. Communication with Good Guys was virtually none existent.I reached out several times both verbally and via email and was told that they weren't able to provide a delivery update.We gave up in the end and just put the washer and drier side by side . The stacking kit has not been unboxed as we are contemplating returning the unit.

  Useful shelf to put the basket on, when you empty the dryer. The scan code link for the direction, might be misleading with the steps out of order. Best to read the paper instructions and watch the video.

  Great function but difficult to install

  I love having the dryer/stacking kit/washer combo and it really makes life so much easier. But the LG stacking kit with slide out drawer is very tricky to install. Definitely need a professional installation and need two strong adults to manoeuvre the 60kg dryer up into the stacking kit tracks. Good guys delivery fee only includes installation of the washer. Dryer is not connected or stacked for that price. It is a separate installation fee and separate booking. The instruction manual that comes with the kit is in diagrams and as the kit accommodates multiple different sized machines combos it has far more parts than you actually need - and takes awhile to decipher what is needed and what isnt. But if you are reasonably good at problem solving and have some decent help its well worth the effort to have this stacked unit and the slide out shelf

  Thank God Its here!!!!

  Five months or more after I paid for it I received it - and had to advocate for the delivery I had paid for so many months before! What a graceless delivery service of a product that deserves so much more. Remain bemused at why this product which is practical and necessary costs so much. Three starts because cost and benefit are not aligned. To earn five stars it needs a champagne holder and bubble machine device

  I am glad that the stacking kit fitted well to my washing machine and dryer. The installation was tricky. It is best to install this with 2 more people and read the instructions very carefully for a good fit and hassle-free installment
