Poor customer service

Great cooking experience
My previous cooktop was a glass top electric and this one is far superior. The heat settings are more responsive so the cooking experience is more like cooking with gas. The glass top is easier to keep clean than the glass electric because the food doesn’t burn on like it does with a standard electric. Make sure that your cookware is the right kind. If a magnet won’t stick to the pot bottom, it won’t heat up. Both my partner and I took a while to work out to use the bridging function. Surprisingly there wasn’t a tutorial available online at time of purchase which demonstrated the basics. Would have saved a bit of time and swearing :) Very happy with the cooktop now.
