Pathetic
Buying online has always been a dream for me. I check out the product on “Choice” and make my selection. Within days the product is delivered and installed, there and then. Without any fuss or call backs. NOT THIS TIME! The TV was delivered and sat here for days before any installer showed up. When the installer arrived he said he was unable to place it where I wanted it because he had to move a piece of furniture which was so easy. After he left I was unable to use the useless remote control and there was no SOUND!! I called him and he told me I’d signed the papers and SO SAD ——TOO BAD!! End of story‼️Subsequenty, a man named MOG ( Matthew) made contact and presented as a most helpful and genuinely concerned installer. He sold me another remote control for $20 which got my set working!

LG Oled manages to continue to produce TV,s that provide a great viewing experience. Remote is not very user friendly and could be improved.
