I live these knives…to be able to take them to the table or outside is so convenient. Average lifespan is 7 years. My most recent purchase the blades are a bit sticky when inserting.

Great knife
This knife is great. I got sick of trying to cut things with the blunt knives in my draw. Even after you sharpened them they still didn’t cut well. The electric knife remains sharp and is very reliable.

Carve up Your Roast Meats
As you get older, sharpening carving knives and physically slicing roast meats becomes hazardous and difficult. The electric knife makes carving very easy whether thick or thin or following the contour of the bone. Carves pork crackling and stays sharp. Easy to manoeuvre and the cleaning is as simple as ejecting the blades and popping in the dishwasher. The meals see, to go further as you can slice quite thinly making easy to eat and digest. Happy with this knife and no cord to get in the way.

Ease of use
Our electric knife purchase was something we had intended to do for a while and chose our local good guys store to check them out and the range on offer was numerous. We particularly liked the size, ease of use and brand name of the one we selected. We also preferred the rechargeable type of electric knife and of course the price bargaining which is always a feature of good guys stores. Just in time for Xmas ham slicing.
