Ease of use
Our electric knife purchase was something we had intended to do for a while and chose our local good guys store to check them out and the range on offer was numerous. We particularly liked the size, ease of use and brand name of the one we selected. We also preferred the rechargeable type of electric knife and of course the price bargaining which is always a feature of good guys stores. Just in time for Xmas ham slicing.

Clean cutting knife
My wife says "Why didn't we get one of these sooner?!". As we make bread and rolls at home, this enables clean cuts without damaging the loaf and the thickness we desire. One charge seems to last for ages too. Sometimes we buy bread rolls that can almost be pulled apart but my wife now reaches for this electric knife. Best thing since sliced bread :)
