  Wrong item delivered

  We asked for a QUEEN size blanket and we were sent a Doubke/Queen. There was no way it would fit our Queen bed, so had to repackage it. Rang our local store and was told to ring a 1300 number, which we did. Then they said to take it back to the local store who issued an invoice which said that the money would be returned in 3-5 business days. It took 9 days to reach my account. There were no Queen size electric blankets in store which I already knew because the reason I ordered online was because there were none at the store. I went to another store and bought a different brand of the correct sized electric blanket. So I didnt get to use the blanket.

  Only used it a few times,but it seems to fold up on the bed, so have to straighten it every time you make the bed.

  Warm and Cozy
