Great size urn. Holds a large quantity of water. Set the temperature you want for your hot drinks. Only issue is the space form the cupboard to tap.. very little cups can be used or you need to place on a little shelf.

A good unit, at a good price.
It was a little disappointing that there were nine of the product on the shelf at the Marion store. However, once at home we jumped on line and ordered the unit. Delivery was prompt and we were given reminders as to its ETA at our home address. I must say that were were mystified as to why the sales rep at the store did not recommend to us that he could order it in for us!
