Out of date cartridges
Unfortunately the cartridges I bought for my HP printer were determined to be out of date by the printer and so didnt work at all. I ensured all packaging was off, heads were clean and the cartridges were clean but to no avail. I have yet to retur. Them to you but the packaging was destroyed by my children so if you are willing to swap them out great, otherwise I wont be buying office supplies there again.
