Incredibly disappointed with this AIO. Firstly, it feels flimsy and cheap compared to my last HP AIO and the keyboard is horrible - clunky and chunky. More unfortunately, I only bought this model because the salesman assured me that it had Face ID which it does not and because I had opened the package (with the assurance it had the one thing I really wanted) I could not get a refund without sacrificing hundreds of dollars 'unboxed' fee. So I also feel ripped off by the Good Guys, they obviously just wanted to make the sale so told me what they thought I wanted to hear. Furthermore, it's sluggish, the screen does weird things and there is far too much bloatware. USB ports are in inconventient spot (my last HP AIO had one USB on the side which is sensible). The fans are LOUD and the speakers are too quiet. Overall a really bad choice and sadly one I'll have to put up with until I can afford a new efficient machine.

I'm disappointed with this AIO for many reasons. First and foremost because the sales person promised me this had Face ID (as my old HP AIO did) and this does not. But it's also much cheaper feeling than my previous model, much less solid, it's slower and the keyboard was horrible. I had to buy a new bluetooth one. The screen also does odd flickering at random times. Deeply let down with the incorrect information provided by Good Guys about it's suitability and I couldn't return it without sacrificing a significant amount of money because it had been opened, but of course I couldn't tell that it didn't have the one main thing that I was after until I did set it up. Even if tht hadn't bothered me, I'm not enjoying using this flimsy PC.

I was hesitant to go back to a desktop computer at first. So much storaage space and features. It's great for my work and personal use. Very user friendly.

This HP all-in-one desktop is a tidy, easy-to-use PC for households, students, and home office users who want a touchscreen and minimal desk clutter. It is strong for everyday productivity, video calls, web browsing, and media use, with solid memory and storage for general tasks. Its main limitation is that integrated graphics make it less suitable for demanding gaming or specialist creative workloads.
A good fit for mainstream use, but it is not the right choice if you need dedicated graphics power, broad internal upgrade options, or workstation-level performance.
4/10 - fine for light casual games, but integrated graphics limit performance in modern or demanding titles.
Very good - strong match for video calls, documents, web apps, and a clean workspace thanks to its all-in-one format.
8/10 - well suited to assignments, research, online classes, and general multitasking, though less ideal for specialist creative or engineering software.
Limited - all-in-one desktops are generally less flexible to upgrade internally than traditional tower PCs.
8/10 - typically quieter than many traditional desktop setups because it is designed for mainstream everyday use rather than high-power workloads.
A: Partly. All-in-one desktops usually offer less internal upgrade flexibility than tower PCs, and HP lists this model with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD already fitted. It suits buyers who want a ready-to-use setup rather than frequent hardware changes.
A: No. The listed camera is an HP True Vision 720p HD webcam, but no infrared camera is specified. That means standard video calling is supported, but facial recognition sign-in should not be assumed on this model.
A: It is most useful for web browsing, scrolling, study tasks and simple app navigation at a desk. The 23.8 inch Full HD IPS touchscreen adds convenience, but for long typing sessions or spreadsheet work, most people will still use the keyboard and mouse.
A: Both are supported. Wi-Fi 6 suits everyday browsing, streaming and video calls, while the RJ-45 Ethernet port is the steadier option for fixed desk setups, large downloads or homes where wireless coverage is inconsistent.
A: Yes. This combination is well suited to everyday multitasking such as study, office work, web browsing, streaming and video calls. It is less suited to demanding gaming or heavier creative workloads than a desktop with dedicated graphics.
A: Yes for many households. A 512GB SSD gives enough space for documents, photos, everyday apps and general downloads, but large game libraries or lots of raw video files can fill it much faster, so heavier users may want external storage.
