App / Wallet issues
Purchased a laptop recently and got talked into taking out their warranty. In return I would receive three, $20 vouchers for the next few years. So sounded a good deal. However, it’s not. I have to download their App, install their Wallet, before the warranty becomes valid and I get my vouchers. I don’t want their App / Wallet or to put my details on them. This wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase. So, where does that leave me? A bit of a con maybe?

Waste of money
Bought this for my daughter to do homework for tafe and zoom when needed, it won’t even run zoom, struggles to run anything really, might be ok for just emails and checking the news but not for anything else. I didn’t expect speed and gaming just basic pc stuff and it doesn’t even do that.

A great lightweight computer, easy to carry in my carry-case Better easy-read keyboard than my last computer. Vivid colours on screen display, much better than I've been used to. Bad customer service
I did make order online. They lady help me to get order said i will get $20 voucher when we will be there to collect order. When my husband and daughter did ho to pick order they ask for same lady so she can help them but the there was another sales man. His behaviour was so rude and disregarded against my husband and daughter. They wait there for longer just to pick order and no one gives voucher as well.
