For the money it works great
I had bought top of the range LG washer and heat pump Dryer and just outside the manufactures warranty both units failed and they were twice the price. The Hisense 8kg Heat pump Dryer works just as well at half the price. I know they can all fail so again I purchased extra warranty as I am told the manufacturer only covers the heat pump for 2 years but the other warranty covers the lot. Only time will tell as it has only been 2 months but it gets a work out. It does seem to dry quicker and uses less power.

Product is good and does the job but it takes 2-3 hours for a medium load clothes to dry.
