Had a front loader for 8 years and needed to be replaced. This Hisense machine has ticked all the boxes. Easy to use quiet many program options and a nice indicator audible that the cycle has finished, Clothes are fresh and clean. Very happy

Great washing machine.
Just myself and my partner use this machine, so did not need a huge one. 8.5 kilos is perfect size for us, still large enough for Queen size bedding and large towels. Easy to use, we just select automatic setting, cold water and 800 spin speed, washes really well, nice and quiet and no uneven load balance issues. There are many wash options which we haven't used yet, but so far, we love it. Would definitely recommend. Great price and service too from the Good Guys, bought it over the phone on Sunday arvo after our old machine failed, new Hisense was delivered and installed on Monday morning, just sensational service!

Very Happy with Hisense
I think this washer is thoughtfully designed with a large range of cycles to suit most users needs and I’m particularly impressed with the quiet operation. Actually it could be a little louder with the completion alert but that is only a minor concern amongst the many positives. It only uses one water supply hose as it heats the water itself, which means a reduced chance of a burst hose and easier installation. The detergent draw.and the rotary dial does feel a little fragile but otherwise it looks and feels good plus the controls are easy to use I’m definitely happy with this machine and its performance, it replaced a F&P for almost half the price.

Only annoying thing about this washing machine is the loud "gurgling" sound from the hose when draining water. After Hisense reviewed video of issue, was told "it was not a manufacturing fault and everything appears to fall within the normal range of expected quality and function". Having said that, it took 3 weeks for a final outcome of this concern and no appearance of repair person!
