Terrible customer service. Try ringing the store and it just rings out. Email them to follow up on a factory defect claim and you’ll feel like you’ve been ghosted after a bad date. Getting a response has been like pulling teeth. Absolutely no communication, urgency or accountability. Wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

I just renovated my kitchen and bought this, so I haven't had a chance to really use it, but when turned on, it's powerful, and the LED light is really a nice feature. I think I can connect to wifi (which is nice, but not a necessity) very sleek and modern. Love it so far!
