Hair broke on the first try, still no replacement after 1+ week...
Still waiting for our replacement to be installed ASAP. Good Guys point to Haier and said 'they will get back to us'. Meanwhile, we are without an oven...Very disappointing, I did not expect these from either one of these brands as we have been loyal customers for years...
