quiet, easy use
It is heavy than my previous LG 8kg washing machine. but more quiet. Easy install, connect, and no any issue ATM. No need connect with hot water, it will be heat up once you choose hot wash option. Happy buy it.

‘On’ button isn’t very sensitive, so you have to press it hard to get it to work. Cycles are very confusing even after reading the manual. I got this via web chat and the consultant didn’t add the bonus $40 of 90 day store credit with the sale. Very bad customer service.

Upgraded from a 12 year old 7.5kg front loader to this 10kg Haier. Impressed with how well it washes our clothes. Fits a king sized doona no worries at all. You do have to reset your preferred settings every time you turn it on(so cold wash, 1400 spin etc) but with the mix of washing we do, we don't mind.

I’m happy with this washing machine, especially for the price I paid. I didn’t have particularly high expectations going in, have used this brand before too. The washing quality is good, it’s easy to use, and overall it feels like a very reasonable purchase for the money.
