These watches are great for young children, they have a long life button battery so no remembering to recharge it every week. My children love the game in the app and intentionally do extra steps to get more "turns" in the game. The timer function is fantastic time management tool that is simple for them to use. Highly recommended!

Gift for Granddaughter
My granddaughter requested this watch for her seventh birthday (so she had a watch like her cousins). She is delighted with it, and it seems to function as it should. I've knocked off one star as it was a little complicated getting the watch set up and linking it to the app on her mother's phone. But once set up, it has worked well. Brilliant kid’s watch!
I’m very impressed with the kid’s Garmin Vivo Jr3 watch. My daughter has been asking for one for a while and in the past she has worn a watch as a novelty for a day or two and then doesn’t want to wear them anymore. We’ve had the Garmin for about 3 weeks now and she hasn’t taken it off. She’s been more active wanting to challenge herself and has also loved doing little challenges with her friends. Battery life is incredible. 100% recommend. Will be buying a second one for my youngest daughter too

good Garmin quality..I hope!
this was a replacement for a vivofit Jr2 which my daughter had for 3 years. Having said that, we had to get the first one replaced (took back to office works within warranty and they exchanged for a new one), Then last year we noticed that the battery would die quickly and seemed related to weekly swimming lessons. Perhaps the seal had worn out. I contacted Garmin for repair options (knowing it was out of warranty) and they were very kind to send a new one. I like the fact the band can be easily replaced and overall it's been a durable watch for an active kid who managed to kill a more expensive SpaceTalk watch within 1 month!
