Our Dream Fridge!
After 3 months our 690L F&P fridge has continued to surprise us. Our fresh fruit and veg lasts over 2 weeks in the humidity compartments, the second level of drawers can be opened when only 1 door is open which allows us to have a protein/vegetable side and a snacks/deserts side of the fridge. So we only have to open half the fridge most times to get the items we want. The freezer drawers are amazing, we can meal prep and fit up to 20 meals in one of the 6 drawers on each side. The express ice function isnt much faster than normal, it just drops the freezer to -22deg. The ice bin takes around 2-3 days to fill from empty, but once its full it never goes below half full from daily use. The ice can sometimes overflow into the lower bins if left unused for a week so we do turn it off occasionally. It does sense its full and stops production however sometimes it makes just a few too many cubes. Only downside is the glass shows marks easier than expected. Even with clean hands the natural oils show easily over a week of use. We thought we wouldnt touch the glass but each time we close the doors we naturally put our palm on the front. Also the fridge weighs around 160kgs due to the weight of the glass. I wouldnt recommend it for people who are renting/move often. It took 4 people to lift it up one step into our house. Surprisingly the doors arent heavy to open or close, but it has to be balanced perfectly on the floor - takes a bit of adjusting to get right - not so great on our wood stump floors but we eventually got it balanced. The 690L version has the exclusive back-lit wall light that softly illuminates each time you open the door. It also has an array of LEDs in each fridge drawer unlike the 560L model. Its top-down lit in both freezer compartments with no lights in the drawers but its not needed. Overall, I would 100% buy this fridge again, the design is stunning, we constantly get compliments and were planning our new kitchen around it as a feature, even if we do have to wipe it over once a week, its a small price to pay for the best fridge weve ever owned.

Better than I thought
This fridge freezer is a must buy if you are looking for a large fridge. There are too many features to write about. Im happy with every aspect of this fridge. Definitely a superior fridge.

Just right
The size of this fridge made it the right choice for us. There are other Quad fridges on the market, but this one caught our eye (quite literally!) because of the interior lighting. Its fantastic.

Spacious, quiet operation, apaptable
Very happy with our new fridge. Its rock solid, loads of space and great visibility, French doors use less kitchen space when open. We use 1/2 of bottom section as fridge for our vegan daughter - perfect. Big bottom fridge drawer - perfect! Only thing I could do with is a little more high standing space.

Great fridge
We love this fridge. The ice maker is fantastic in the heat here in Cairns and we love the filtered cool water. There is ample room to store food and drinks and the chill flexibility of the bottom right section is very handy. Overall the best fridge we have had!!

Paid for a new fridge still living without the fridge No body can find the fridge!
I paid the good guys..weeks passed Several phone calls stil no fridge as im following up..keen to receive our new fridge I get the pleasure of the gum chomping girl on the phone at the good guys tell me that no ETA Could be provided whilst calling me love at the end of every sentence she also suggested I pick another fridge . This is the same consulting girl who calls the prior day to inform me that the fridge will be arriving tomorrow..and she shall email me the details . How does a company take money and offer no Eta..I thought to myself. Why did this consulting person call to schedule delivery if there was no fridge to be delivered. After several transfers waiting on hold finally I get a human who actually knows what is going on.. More weeks pass.. Finally our fridge arrived as we paid for it in September Delivery people were excellent very careful plugged our new Fridge in wouldn't stop beeping upon installation called fisher & paykel within the hour of it arriving Waiting on actechnician. A week later our brand new fridge. Is looked at Andca first tim fault & report submitted to fisher and paykel hours turned into hours days now weeks going into months Yup that is a plural!! I still have no working fridge Still waiting on the replacement fridge apparently it left fisher and paykel warehouse on the 2oth October in Brisbane and good guys tell me fisher and paykel t have 49 in stock in qld So the mystery continues were is our replacement fridge i the fridge apparently is with a courier company on their truck according to fisher and paykel It's been on this truck for over 20 days The good guys have the money All electrical have provided fisher and paykel with the fault report Heck I'm just the customer who paid Kind of like having a new car without an engine Instead I have a fridge in my lounge room I can't use I have a brand new non working fridge still sitting in my lounge room. Am I happy would you be happy Im out of pocket almost 5k I still have no fridge And im constantly passed around fisher and paykel call centres in Auckland for hours when I call to try following up Hopefully if I ever get a working fisher and paykel 690l quad door fridge located and delivered that actually works here in Mackay I will hopefully have a review to write
