Wrong size of ink for my printer, no one to help me with the selection, wont be going there again nothing to do with the product, just poor customer service in the store, brought lots of goods from you in the past, not any more..sad really.

Epson ink 138
the ink 138 is fine, but it seems Epson has slow down the supply of it - 138, even there is no stock of 140 at all. Also I partially pre-paid this ink last December, no info about the availability until I went to the shop and checked it out in Feb. The ink arrived and no one contact me for pick it up.

User friendly with great features
This is the only ink I used to protect my printer from the heads seizing up, I have used compatable inks previously but will never again as Epson printer heads sieze up with compatable inks. A mistake I will never do again as I had to buy a new printer as it was very expensive to fix.
