Cook like a pro
We replaced a 20yo gas unit with this dual fuel cooker. No more waiting until the oven reaches temperature before trying to light the burners! Our new Emilia is everything we expected in terms of quality of finish and performance. It is especially good at graduating heat across a selection of burners on the range top. The oven also has a range of settings for single or double elements and a fan-forced option. So far it has delivered all of our favourite recipes without a hitch. The only slightly odd thing is that the electronic timer is just that - a timer and nothing more. If youre expecting it to switch the oven on and off at pre-set times or even after an interval, youll be disappointed. It works just fine but only counting down to zero from wherever it starts - not especially sophisticated for a modern appliance. But everything else is worth the price. Its a very nice unit and an attractive appliance to have in the kitchen!
