    Had to rewire ot myself

Didnt work, so as a licensed electrical contractor, opened it up to find wires in the wrong terminals and the main neutral not even connected, and just floating. Have photos, but can't upload here. Also took 3 weeks to deliver. After promises of it been delivered earlier

Looks Great, Works well, BUT is Noisy

Happy with this Rangehood. It looks really good, the light is nice and bright. 3 good speeds of the fan BUT... the first speed is too fast and then just gets faster and its VERY noisy. The extraction works really well even on the lowest speed but looses a star for the noise.

Looks Great, works well but noisy

Very happy with the look of the rangehood, the lights are excellent. Just disappointed how noisy it is. Even on the lowest setting its ridiculously loud.

At a glance

This 75cm undermount rangehood is a practical choice for households with wider cooktops that want solid extraction without a bulky canopy look. It suits regular home cooking, offers up to 700 m3/h airflow, simple push button controls and easy-clean filters. A key limitation is that its 58 dB maximum noise level is controlled but not especially quiet compared with some more premium rangehoods.

Things to consider

It provides strong everyday extraction and simple controls, but it does not offer the quieter performance or more advanced automation found in higher-end rangehoods.

Open plan kitchen suitability

7/10 - 700 m3/h airflow is useful for open layouts, though noise control is good rather than especially quiet.

Noise level vs category

7/10 - 58 dB maximum is reasonably controlled for an undermount rangehood, but not ultra-quiet.

Renovation compatibility

High - the undermount format suits cabinetry-based kitchen updates where a streamlined look is preferred.

Cooking frequency fit

8/10 - well suited to regular home cooking thanks to solid extraction, full-width coverage and easy-clean filters.

Key benefits

  • 700 m3/h Air Extraction: Helps clear steam, smoke and cooking odours effectively for wider cooking zones.
  • 75 cm Width: Gives broader coverage for larger cooktops and households using bigger pots and pans.
  • Undermount Design: Fits neatly beneath overhead cabinetry for a cleaner, less intrusive kitchen look.
  • Three Fan Speeds: Lets you adjust extraction to match lighter simmering or heavier frying.
  • Push Button Controls: Keeps operation straightforward and easy to use during everyday cooking.
  • Twin Square LED Lights: Improves visibility over the cooktop for prep and cooking tasks.
  • Dishwasher-Safe Aluminium Mesh Filter: Makes routine cleaning easier and helps simplify ongoing maintenance.
  • 58 dB Maximum Noise Level: Supports quieter operation than louder high-power units during meal preparation.

Q: Can this rangehood be used in a recirculating kitchen setup?

A: No. Emilia CK75UCF is a ducted-only rangehood, so it is designed to vent cooking air outside rather than filter and return it to the room. It suits kitchens with existing or planned ducting, not homes that need recirculation.

Q: Does the 75cm width suit wider cooktops and bigger pots?

A: Yes. The 75cm canopy is designed to cover a broader cooking zone, which helps catch steam and grease when larger pots and pans are in use. It is a practical match for wider cooktops and can give extra overlap above smaller ones.

Q: How loud is the Emilia CK75UCF on maximum speed?

A: Emilia CK75UCF reaches 58dB at maximum speed, which is restrained for a ducted rangehood in everyday use. You can also drop to one of the lower fan settings for lighter cooking when full extraction is not needed.

Q: Will the undermount design keep the kitchen looking streamlined?

A: Yes. This model is built to sit beneath overhead cabinetry, so less of the rangehood is visible from the front. It suits kitchens aiming for a low-profile look, but you still need space for the duct path and cabinet cut-out.

Q: Are the controls and lights straightforward for everyday cooking?

A: Yes. Emilia CK75UCF uses push button controls with three fan speeds, so changes are simple while cooking. It also has twin square LED lights over the cooktop, but it does not add automatic sensing or app-based control.

Q: Is the grease filter easy to clean after regular cooking?

A: Yes. The aluminium mesh filter is dishwasher safe, so routine grease clean-up is simpler than hand-washing only. It is designed for regular maintenance, but it still needs cleaning often enough to keep airflow and extraction performing properly.
