  Best dishwasher ever

  I am so happy with my new dishwasher. Its super quiet! Everyone is surprised when we did a first wash. We couldnt hear it. The comfort lifter is really convenient so we dont have to bend over so much. We are just putting the dishes that we use into the it as they are getting dirty. No more scrubbing and filling up to put it on.

  Lacking the basic's.

  Overall, the machine is ok. If i had a choice of this or another dishwasher, I would opt for another dishwasher. It replaced a Bosch dishwasher. Seems that it struggles to dry dishes and cutlery in general. I also struggle to put large plates on the bottom draw without them hitting the washer above. Comfort lift is a nice feature but can do without. I wouldn't buy this washing machine because of Comfort Lift. Its more of a gimmick.

  Undelivered goods!!

  I purchased a dishwasher end of October last year. I had to reschedule the delivery date 4 times over the span of 2mths because it simply did not show up. We were suppose to receive a phone call the morning of drop off which also never came even though we waited for the dishwasher to arrive. We finally received an sms stating the dishwasher would be delivered on Dec 23. The driver notified my husband the night before that it would be delivered between 10-12pm the next day. At 11am on the day of delivery, my husband called the driver to see where he was to be told he had given the job to another driver and wont be there until 3-5pm. Hubby had a plane to catch at 4pm so the amendment was not going to be possible. We have waited for the dishwasher for 2mths. Were happy to wait, as long as we know when it is coming and that IT ARRIVES WHEN SCHEDULED. There are serious loop holes with Good Guys service, you can no longer call someone to discuss and follow up with your enquiry for an instant response anymore. I called the service number to be told there was a 3hr wait. I contacted the help centre which isnt equipped to assist with special requests such as mine. Im very disappointed in this service. Customers need reassurance, certainty and care. Especially after so many repeated issues. Logistics need an overhaul in this instance. NO ONE is contactable to handle this matter. Given we have already paid for this product, now we have to fight to get it. Very disappointed.
