My new best mate
I have had my machine for about a month now and it has been great! I have it set on a schedule to run each day while we are at work. The house is kept tidy every day. Adding the floor cleaner gives a nice subtle scent as well.

Easy to set up and collects mess easily enough! Haven’t tried the mopping part yet but well worth investment if time poor and make life slightly easier!

At a glance
The Ecovacs DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI is a premium robot vacuum and mop built for pet owners and homes with mixed flooring. It stands out for strong 15000Pa suction, an ultra-slim 8.1cm design, and a low-maintenance OMNI station that empties, washes, and dries automatically. It is especially handy under low furniture, but the onboard 0.26L dust bin is relatively small without the station.
What it’s great for
- Pet hair pickup
- Mixed floor cleaning
- Under-furniture cleaning
- Low-maintenance daily cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
Where it works best
- Family homes
- Apartments
- Homes with pets
- Mixed hard floor and rug interiors
- Rooms with low furniture
Who it’s for
- Pet owners
- Busy households
- Smart home users
- Apartment dwellers
- Homeowners wanting less manual upkeep
Things to consider
The robot itself has a 0.26L dust bin, so while the OMNI station reduces upkeep, buyers wanting a larger onboard bin for long untended sessions may prefer some specialist alternatives.
Pet hair performance score
9/10 - Strong 15000Pa suction and ZeroTangle 2.0 make it very capable for pet hair on mixed surfaces.
Smart home integration score
9/10 - Supports the Ecovacs Home App, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit for broad smart home compatibility.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Well suited to mixed-floor homes, with strong vacuuming for carpets and rugs plus mopping for hard floors.
Noise level vs category average
7/10 - At 63dBA minimum noise, it is within a typical range for a powerful robot vacuum rather than especially quiet.
Allergy friendliness
Good - Bagged station dust collection and antibacterial filtering help reduce direct contact with collected dust during disposal.
Key benefits
- 15000Pa suction: Delivers strong pickup performance for dust, crumbs, and pet hair across multiple floor types.
- Slim 8.1cm body: Reaches under beds, sofas, and other low furniture where bulkier robot vacuums may miss.
- Vacuum and mop functions: Handles everyday dry debris and hard floor mopping in a single machine.
- Auto-lift mopping: Helps protect low-pile carpets and rugs by lifting the mop when needed.
- OMNI station with 3L dust bag: Cuts down on manual emptying by automatically transferring collected dust from the robot.
- Hot water mop washing: Cleans mop pads in the station to reduce the amount of hands-on maintenance required.
- Hot air drying: Dries mop pads after washing to keep the system ready for the next clean.
- ZeroTangle 2.0 brush system: Helps minimise hair wrapping around the brush, which is especially useful in pet homes.
Q: Does the small onboard bin mean it needs the dock often?
A: Yes. The DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI has a 0.26L onboard bin, so it is designed to empty regularly into the OMNI station’s 3L dust bag. It suits frequent automated cleaning best, not long dock-free runs where debris builds up in the robot itself.
Q: Will it mop around carpets and rugs without getting them wet?
A: Yes, for low-pile carpet and rugs. The robot uses auto-lift mopping when it detects carpet, so it can switch from hard floors to soft flooring with less risk of damp mop contact. It is built for mixed-floor homes rather than mopping across all carpet types.
Q: Can this robot vacuum clean under low beds and sofas?
A: Yes, if the furniture clearance is more than 81mm. The DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI has a slim body that can reach under many beds, sofas and cabinets where taller robot vacuums may not fit. Very low frames can still block access, so clearance matters.
Q: Is it a good choice for pet hair and long hair?
A: Yes. Ecovacs DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI combines 15000Pa suction with ZeroTangle 2.0 to reduce hair wrapping around the main brush. It is a practical fit for homes with pets, but cords, ribbons and similar items should still be picked up before a cleaning run.
Q: How long can the DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI run?
A: The DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI runs for up to 255 minutes per charge under lighter cleaning conditions. Actual runtime will drop with stronger suction, more mopping or larger debris loads, so bigger or dirtier areas may still need a recharge during the full job.
Q: Is the DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI noisy while cleaning?
A: The DEEBOT T50 PRO OMNI is rated at 63dBA at its minimum noise level, which is moderate for a robot vacuum. It is usually easier to live with during routine cleaning than a full-size vacuum, but stronger modes and dock emptying will sound more noticeable.
