Love it
Had this for a few weeks now, it does a great job, but does leave a few little puddles around. I just use a dry mop to fix them

The absorbent microfibre and counter-rotating design help pick up wet and dry dirt effectively in everyday home cleaning. It suits users who prefer genuine replacement parts, though it only fits the WashG1 and is not a universal attachment.

Pet owner suitability
7/10 - useful for everyday wet and dry floor messes in pet homes, but it is a replacement roller set rather than a pet-specific tool
Surface versatility score
6/10 - best suited to the floor types supported by the Dyson WashG1 rather than broad multi-surface use across different machines
Vacuum model compatibility
Dyson WashG1
Ease of attachment
8/10 - made as a direct replacement part for the Dyson WashG1, so fitting should be simple for existing owners

Key benefits
- Dual Roller Pack: Includes two replacement primary rollers so you can refresh your cleaner with the correct matched set.
- Counter-Rotating Rollers: Helps lift and remove wet and dry dirt during normal floor cleaning.
- Microfibre Material: Highly absorbent microfibre supports effective pickup of spills and damp mess.
- Genuine WashG1 Fit: Designed for Dyson WashG1 compatibility to make replacement straightforward.
- Routine Maintenance Upgrade: Replacing worn rollers can help maintain the cleaner’s intended wet-cleaning performance.
- Wet and Dry Dirt Removal: Suitable for handling mixed everyday messes rather than only dry debris.
Q: Are these the correct replacement rollers for Dyson WashG1?
A: Yes. Dyson WashG1 Dual Microfibre Rollers are listed for Dyson WashG1 only, so they are the right replacement if that is your wet cleaner. They are not listed as compatible with other Dyson vacuums or floor cleaners.
Q: Does this pack include both primary rollers or just one?
A: This pack includes two replacement primary rollers. That suits the WashG1's counter-rotating roller system, so it is a full paired replacement rather than a single spare for one side only.
Q: Can these microfibre rollers be used on carpet or rugs?
A: No. These rollers are designed for the Dyson WashG1 wet cleaner on hard floors and are not suitable for carpets or rugs. They are made to lift wet and dry dirt from sealed hard surfaces, where absorbent microfibre makes practical sense.
Q: Is model 973787-02 a battery, filter or roller replacement?
A: Model 973787-02 is a replacement roller pack for the Dyson WashG1. It is not a replacement battery, charger or check valve, so it suits buyers who need fresh cleaning rollers rather than a power or fluid-path part.
Q: What kind of mess are these rollers designed to pick up?
A: These rollers are designed to pick up both wet and dry dirt on hard floors. The microfibre material is highly absorbent, so they suit spills, tracked-in dirt and everyday floor mess, but they are not meant for carpeted areas.
Q: Do the Dyson WashG1 rollers come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Dyson covers these replacement rollers with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. That is useful if you are buying a spare set for regular WashG1 use, although warranty terms cover faults rather than normal wear from cleaning.
