Upsides: Dyson name equals performance and engineering excellence. This product an updated version of my older Dyson cooling tower with excellent electronic info readout. Downsides: height and narrowness of tower now much lower and broader and with purifier heftier. Noisier. Less powerful cooling stream.

GREAT PRODUCT
We are very happy with this air purifier. Having medical reasons for needing clean air, we bought this to help keep infernal dust away from our living environment after my husband's donor stem cell transplant. The hospital had one in his room which was why we opted for the same model to have here in the unit. We will pay extra baggage for the flight home but it's worth it. We are investing in another for the lounge-dining area at home and this one will be placed in the main bedroom.
