This vacuum is very powerful and makes cleaning the house easy. It was a very good price It is my second Big Ball. The first worked well for 5 years and I only replaced it because it was time to update

Great for hard floors but bit noisy
The motor of our Dyson DC19 burnt out but as we had years of good use we looked for another Dyson. This one seems a bit noisier than the DC19. However, it is much easier to clean and empty the bin. On the negative side, the on and off button seems a bit flimsier and needs to be done by hand instead of foot. I’m sure I’ll get used to it (although we since have managed to replace the motor and filters of the DC19 so now have two working Dysons).
