I've had this for a week. I keep getting repeated "wheel errors" despite there being no obvious problem. I emailed Dreame, and they told me to email Mova for support. I email Mova telling them Dreame had referred me, and it was for a Dreame A1 Pro. They insisted on having all contact details, serial number, phone number, address and invoice. I supplied this. Then they said they can't help me, and to go back to Dreame. I wouldn't touch this product until support in Australia is more robust, especially given the price. However see my other review for general performance

Setup is very easy. Drive the unit around each zone to be mowed. Then drive paths so it can get between the zones and back to the charging station (if you have zones separated by stairs, it needs to be able to drive back to the base (at least once for the setup) - then you can carry it to where it needs to go. Each zone can be configured with obstacle sensitivity, mow direction and electronically adjusted mow heights. Aside from the base station, there are no wires / RTK / antennas to set up. All of this can be set on a schedule, and you can configure it to mow which zones in which order. Mow pattern is generally in a U pattern and gets 98% of the lawn. The next time it generally seems to miss a different small patch. Navigation is very impressive. Like a decent robotic vacuum, you can pick it up, put it anywhere and it will know where it is. The LIDAR creates a 3D map. I'd mow with a normal mower to the correct height, then get this to keep it maintained. It does take some time to figure out the correct mow height for each zone (unless you have a perfect lawn). It does occasionally get stuck (my lawn is very rutted), and it does get stuck on a a very thick and spongey lawn that badly needs to be scarified. It will notify you on the app if it has issues. Battery life is pretty poor. It takes about 8hrs including charging to finish 500m2 on standard mode - needs to be charged 4 times. Thankfully it automatically returns to the base, and will resume when charged. Charging itself is quite quick. There is a speed mode which is faster (I haven't tried). The app is decent, and easy to understand. Occasionally I get a wheel error, but I think it's getting stuck on my thick lawn. You can just resume it on the app without issue. I take off one star for the battery life
