  A new essential appliance

  We struggled with mould around our windows due to the condensation in the winter. This new addition has completely gotten rid of the problem. It runs like a loud fan which is not a problem considering how much it has helped. If I hang a load of laundry and use the laundry setting it’s dry inside within 8 hours.

  Works a treat

  This our first Dehumidifier, we did our research and this one was recommended by Choice. We use it almost 24/7 and it does what it's made to do, reduces humidity therefore reduces the mould growth. We live in the Kuranda Rainforest and we are happy to recommend this product. It has an app and wi-fi connectivity, handy little extra.

  Does everything I wanted

  This combined Air Purifier and Humidifier is great but didn't realise how loud it would be. Thats on me though as it wasn't something I thought of to consider when deciding to buy as have never had one before. It does quieten down but when it has to work a little harder to change the humidity the noise level picks up again. My kids have better sleep when we use it and I like that we can control it using the app but the downside is the setting that keeps it at the optimal humidity level for your environment is only available through the app and not on the machine itself so when our internet drops out which it does often we can't use the app. It's easy to remove the water collection compartment and I like that it tells you when it is full although we check it regardless. It's also good that if the filter is in the machine, the air purifier part is always on regardless of the mode used. Haven't used the ventilation or clothes dryer mode yet as not sure when to use as the manuel that came with the product wasn't very helpful. Overall though I'm glad I bought it but wouldn't pay that price again for it if I can get a better deal or one that is quieter all of the time.

  The product works ok but it has taken sometime to get it working to my satisfaction. Although this is a very well made machine I only wish the instruction manual was much easier to understand. It appears to assume that the user fully understands the working of the machine and the instructions are of poor quality.

  First one I have owned. Very easy to understand, smart appearance and so quiet. Removes lots of moisture from apartment. Being used probably 18 hours a day or more.
