Good price & good heating
I have several of these and decided to add gold extra so I have extended warranty. Really good heater, no noisy fan and easy to use, doesn't attract dust and warms the room really well.

Warm
Works well, initially it smells a bit. But easily warms my home office and some of the rest of the house, which my puppy seems very happy with.

Fantastic heating capacity
Love the slimline design, heats up fast, muktiple tempreture settings and whisper quiet, can be wall mounted. Not Recommended for use around children or nosey pets the top gets extremely hot, does not switch off if it tips over. Brillant for open areas, bedroom or office.

Compact and powerful to heat up a room
The heater has been excellent and reliable to heat up my room without using the house heater. The 2000W output is powerful enough and it can just be placed anywhere because it is small enough. It warms up my room quickly and quietly. The price though could be a bit better since it seems to be dated with no modern technology or design. But I would still recommend this product as a slim efficient heater.

Q: Does the HCM2030 use a fan to push heat around?
A: No. DeLonghi HCM2030 is a convector heater, so it warms the air without a fan pushing it out. That usually makes it quieter than a fan heater, but the heat is more ambient and works best in a closed room rather than across a large open area.
Q: How much electricity does the 2000W heater use on high?
A: DeLonghi HCM2030 draws 2000W at its highest heating setting. Its minimum heating power is 700W, and the adjustable thermostat cycles the heater to hold the set temperature rather than running at full output all the time.
Q: Is this heater suitable for an open-plan living area?
A: No. DeLonghi HCM2030 is better suited to enclosed rooms with a volume of 60m3. In an open-plan area, warm air disperses more quickly, so it is better used as nearby supplementary warmth than as the only heater for the whole space.
Q: Will the HCM2030 fit under a desk in a home office?
A: Usually, yes, if there is clear space around it. DeLonghi HCM2030 measures 540x180x400, so it suits many desk setups, but it should not be boxed in tightly under furniture because convected heat needs room to circulate properly.
Q: Is a convector heater like this good for overnight bedroom use?
A: DeLonghi HCM2030 suits bedrooms because convector heating runs without a fan, so operation is generally quieter. It uses simple rotary controls with an adjustable thermostat, but there is no smart control or programmable timer for set-and-forget schedules.
